What is the Forest School Program

The Forest School Program is an innovative approach to education that provides children with regular opportunities to build confidence, independence, and self-esteem through hands-on learning in a natural environment.

Through engaging sessions in our woodland area, children develop a meaningful connection with nature while strengthening their personal, social, and practical skills.

Activities may include:

  • Shelter building
  • Learning about local wildlife
  • Team challenges and problem-solving tasks
  • Creative outdoor projects

Each class will take part in Forest School sessions for half a term, held every Thursday.
